HM Sports Aero is a small, independent website run by enthusiasts, Should you have any issues at all with any items purchased from us, please don't hesitate to get in touch by sending an email to sales@hmsportsaero.co.uk and we will do whatever we can to help.
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.
Unless otherwise stated, all parts sold by HM Sports Aero are not intended for road use and are designed for off-road and race use only. All parts must be installed by an experienced professional; we will accept no responsibility for any additional costs incurred as a result of the incorrect fitting of parts or any subsequent modifications made to parts. We will not accept responsibility for any damage caused to your vehicle and/or other vehicles or any other components, as a result of the failure of a product sold by HM Sports Aero
All product details, product descriptions and product prices available in the HM Sports Aero shop are correct as of the time that they were added to the HM Sports Aero shop. We reserve the right to alter all product details, product descriptions and product prices. We reserve the right to cancel any order that has been placed for an incorrectly priced product - a full refund will be issued as a result of this.
If there is a problem with your order, order delivery or order payment, you must notify HM Sports Aero within seven working days from the date your order was dispatched. If your order has been damaged in transit by the shipping/courier company, it is your responsibility to thoroughly check for any damages before signing for any parcel(s). If the packaging is damaged, you should open it immediately and check for further damages. If the item is not checked during the delivery and has been signed for as received in good condition, but later found to be damaged your insurance claim will not be valid. Resulting in a refusal of your return/refund and/or exchange by HM Sports Aero. You must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery being made for us to begin the necessary claims procedure with the shipping/courier company in question.
Orders for items that are held in stock may be cancelled at any point prior to the order being dispatched. Orders for items that are specifically ordered in to fulfil that particular order may not be cancelled at any point once the items have been dispatched from our supplier(s). Orders for custom made-to-order products may not be cancelled at any point after the manufacturer has begun to produce them.
If, within 14 days of receiving your item(s), you wish to return them for a refund, it might be possible to do so providing they are not a custom made-to-order item (please see above). Provided that the returned item(s) are received in as-new condition and in the original packaging, we will issue a full refund minus the original delivery charges. The customer is liable for all return postage costs.

If your order is being delivered within the UK/ you will not be liable for any import duties and taxes as these are already included within the prices displayed when placing your order.
This may vary for countries outside the UK .
If your order is being delivered to USA/Canada/Australia/New Zealand/EU or other countries , you might be required to pay local taxes and import duties. This is common practice and the amount owed is calculated in accordance with the value of your goods. All local taxes and import duties are subject to the shipping company and local authority's discretion and HM Sports Aero is not liable for any charges incurred.
If you refuse to pay the local taxes and import duties that are requested from you, your order will be returned to us automatically and your order will be refunded minus the original shipping fee that you paid.
If the shipping company is unable to deliver your order and is unable to make contact with the recipient, your order will usually be returned to us. In the event of this occurring, your order will be refunded minus the original shipping fee that you paid, or you will be requested to cover the cost of re-shipping the order to you.
